The St. Peter's Opportunity Shop is a consignment and thrift shop. Consignments and donations make up the stock which includes everything from vintage treasures to household items and quality used clothing.
The Opportunity Shop began in 1943. The first day they made .63 cents
The purpose of the Shop was to help people who were struggling during the 2nd World War. They could put something in on consignment and make a little money or buy something at a very good price.
The Op Shop today operates almost the same way as it did 60 years ago.
Today there is a $10.00 registration fee for the year. The Op Shop is open on Thursday from 10am to 2pm for sales and consignment - 4:00pm for sales, Saturday from 10am to 1:00pm for sales only.

New at the Op Shop
Our Tuesday nights have been a success so we will continue in the fall. The Op Shop will be open on Tuesday nights from September through December and March through May.
In addition we are adding a Drop Off service for clients who cannot participate in the normal Thursday consignment. There will be a charge of $25 in addition to your $10 membership fee. In return you may bring 8 items to the Op Shop Office for consignment which will be processed by our staff. You may leave your things anytime the shop is open. Please stop by and talk to us to see if this is a good option for you
As always we welcome donations at anytime and new volunteers are always appreciated.
