Mixed Choir: The Mixed Choir of St. Peter’s plays a significant role in our worship by leading the congregation in the sung portion of our prayer. There is a special bond of fellowship shared among the choir members which comes from sharing their musical gifts with each other and the congregation. The choir leads music at the 10:00 service and also sings for various holidays and Evensongs. The choir sings anthems for the offertory and for communion which are linked with the lessons for the day. Our repertoire ranges from anthems from the Anglican tradition to Spirituals. The Mixed Choir of St. Peter’s is open to all adult singers. The choir rehearses on Thursday nights from 7:30 to 9:30.

| Voice for Life |
 |
St. Peter’s is an affiliate of The Royal School of Church Music. VOICE for LIFE is the RSCM’s acclaimed guide to training choirs and singers of all ages. The VOICE for LIFE scheme provides a framework for choral singers to develop their vocal skills, their musical understanding, and their knowledge of the repertoire. Through the VOICE for LIFE curriculum children also learn leadership and teamwork skills and music reading. St. Peter’s believes that children have rich questions and insights about the meaning of worship. The Boy and Girl Choir strives to answer these important questions for our children.

The bell choir maintains a flexible but regular rehearsal schedule. Music reading skills are not necessary. New members are always welcome!
